We also try to be as Green as possible in our cleaning strategy. We have adopted the following practices to eliminate or minimize our impact on the environment:

  • use of bag less vacuum cleaners (eliminating the need for replacement vacuum bags)
  • energy efficiency (our cleaners will turn off lights in areas not being used during non-day light hours)
  • reuse of cleaning cloths/rags after each cleaning service
  • reuse of plastic cleaning bottles/sprays after each cleaning service
  • recycling of cleaning cloths/rags (when no longer usable)
  • recycling of plastic cleaning bottles/sprays (when no longer usable)

State of the art equipment and technology – We have adopted the highest levels of cleaning technology that is dedicated to providing specialized cleaning solutions for hard floors, particularly tile and grout surfaces.

Using state of the art technology, our unique cleaning method tackles even the most difficult problem floors. Our equipment can solve any commercial cleaning job, leaving your floor spotless and hygienic. We do not use high pressure cleaning as this can damage loose grout or floor surfaces. A reconnaissance visit is usually carried out, to survey the site or premises to be cleaned after which cost of cleaning is ascertained.

Factors considered include:

  • Size of premises (Number of floors or rooms)
  • Tasks to be carried out
  • Traffic /Occupants
  • Distance from City Center
  • Type of Services [basic, spring clean, one off , weekly etc]

These parameters though not exhaustive are used to ensure that a client is charged accordingly and also to ensure that a work plan is made to allow for quality service to be provided e.g. a large premise with many tasks may require a larger team of cleaners dispatched. However, our prices are very cost effective and friendly, a bargain in the industry.
